MODES AND APPROACHES:
*Reanimating Our Lives – Group Somatics Gathering In-Person: Join me and my co-facilitator Jenny Garcia in person on Louisville August 14th-16th. Let us support each other to allow the pressure of this time clarify our values and awaken new possibilities inside ourselves. Together let’s reassess our relationship to the world, our power, and our impact. Let’s choose a culture of life and beauty over a culture of death and destruction. Come join us to build more embodied awareness, access a felt sense of connection, aliveness and alignment with our commitments in the world. Somatics helps us experience the body, mind, heart, and spirit together as the multifaceted organism we are. Through awareness, newly embodied skills, and shifting repeated patterns, we can move towards more alignment between our longings, values, and actions. In our time together, we will do activities that will help you become aware of sensations in your body and patterns that have unconsciously shaped you. The activities will include guided meditations, embodied practices to get in touch with the sensations in the body, group practices that allow for presence within mutuality, and time for individual reflection on your path. Reanimating Our Lives – Group Somatics Gathering Online: Same as the in-person event but online Sundays July 19th, July 26th, Aug 2nd & Aug 9th from 3:00pm -4:30pm PT / 4:00-5:30 MT / 5:00-6:30 CT / 6:00-7:30 ET. *Somatics 1 on 1 sessions: Join me as I take you through a transformational arc of change as you deepen your path toward your purpose. I have benefitted greatly from 1 on 1 and group generative somatics practices. We will use a variety of exercises to help you to identify and work towards your personal or leadership goals. Through practice, you will reshape your body, mind, and spirit and find new ways to relate to yourself and the world around you. We can plan for a series of 6 or 12 sessions, or do one by one sessions. Group sessions are a powerful way to build cohesion with your coworkers, friends, or with a healing community. *Coaching sessions: We will start by identifying what you want support with and what approach to coaching you prefer. I will use resources such as Art of Transformational Consulting, tarot cards, and other approaches depending on your style. We can meet as often as you like for as long as you like to work through a problem that you are facing in your work, a skill you want to develop to strengthen your leadership, or a change you want to make in your organization. Maybe what you need is someone to be a sounding board to talk through organizational relationship dynamics, and conflicts, or implementing a new program. I’m here for you! *Akashic Records Readings: Akashic Records readings are a way to tap into your soul’s history and possibilities of the future direction. They are a spiritual experience that help to get into areas of healing, potential paths forward in your work, activist, healing, or personal life. I have had powerful experiences with this practice and am excited to be able to share a gateway that allows us to be more closely connected to spirit/god/source/goddess. There is mention of the Akashic Records in the breakout podcast The Telepathy Tapes, and they have been used by all major religions. $44-$111 for an hour-long session. Find a time on the calendar that works for you. These sessions are available over Zoom virtually or in person in Louisville, KY.
*Tarot Readings: A great way to get some divine insight on a question you have. Ask questions about relationships, work life, goals for the year, or anything else:), various spreads and decks available for 30 or 60 min. bit.ly/1on1withz
*Finding Our Divinity: Join this 8-week series that will consist of spiritual practices and spiritual concepts to help you heal, get in touch with your spirituality and purpose, feel the spirit world around you, and envision another world.
I will facilitate the sessions with guest presenters. By the end of the course, you will have a better understanding of various spiritual concepts like quantum physics, human consciousness, the New Earth, giving and receiving love, manifesting, and co-creating. The sessions will consist of guided creative meditations, rituals, small group and large group conversations, and writing prompts. The culture will be centered on joy, ease, empowerment, and nourishment.
I have been doing community organizing for the past 20 + years and am deepening their spiritual and healing work in these challenging times, where the old is crumbling and great change is on its way.

*Event Planning & Rituals: I have 6 placements in Taurus and am all about creating a multifaceted sense-evoking event for your organization. Let’s get the lighting, food, and music right so people can soak in the important messages about your work and ways to get involved. If you and a group of people want to honor a beginning, end, or move through a challenging time a ceremony or ritual might be helpful to you.
*Communications and Graphic Design Consulting: I worked with authors to promote their books, and organizations to create promotional materials. Bringing together music, words, and beautiful visuals as multi-media projects is a passion of mine. I have been the default comms person for many non-profit organizations. *Facilitation: I can lead small groups through a planning conversation, or lead workshops on a variety of topics. Let me know what you are looking for and we can see if it is a fit. I keynote speeches and performed poetry for live audiences.
*Keynote: I am available for keynote speeches or live poetry performances. I have spoken and performed live at banquets, conferences, rallies, and arts showcases.
